Course Objective;

Solid Edge Simulation is a built-in finite element analysis, pre and post processing, tool for design engineers. Solid Edge Simulation leverages the power of the Siemens NX Nastran FEA solver, to deliver best in class simulation to your desktop. This course will teach you how to digitally validate part and assembly designs within Solid Edge, analyse different mechanical and thermal load cases and boundary conditions, and to accurately interpret the results.

Who's it for?

The Solid Edge Simulation training course is aimed at ‘Desktop’ engineers who are looking to use Solid Edge Simulation, or those who are currently using it but feel their knowledge may be lacking. Whilst basic elements of FEA will be explained, this is not an Engineering Science training course and focusses on where buttons are and what they do, rather than the scientific theory behind the function.
